Bike-and-Music-Weekend

We provide you campground from Thursday 12 o´clock until Sunday 4 p.m. See layout. These campgrounds will be open as required. There is no entitlement for anybody.

With buying festival ticket you are also allowed to camp (as long as there is space), but, please, just on the marked areas., which will be opened step by step in order to use the area as effective as possible. That's the reason why we would ask you to arrive together or already take your tents with you for building up. Reservations are not possible. The sports ground will be kept out of tents. Of course, Burnouts are not allowed on the camping ground. It is forbidden to bring glass, pyrotechnic item or weapons with you. You have to obey the regulators. Wild Camping and entering of the forest is forbidden. We ask for respect of the nature.

CP 1.1
we have reserved for US-CARs of the Car Show (gateway just as long as there is enough space! At the cashpoint there is a separate gateway for US-Cars. The decision for the entrance allowance makes the cashpoint personell)

CP 1.2 to CP 1.14
Here is the place for Biker, that's the reason why just bikes without caravan, trailer, busses, cars, quads! It is reserved for visitors with/ without bikes. We shuttle you with your luggage from parking ground 3 to a free camping ground. The decision will be made by the driver. We carry luggage like tents, sleeping bag, clothes, smaller implements - anything else can not be carried. Please understand this.

CP 2
At these camping ground cars and tents are possible The cars have to be parked according to the requirements. Prosperity trash is not allowed to bring with (armchair, wood, refrigerator, etc.) as well as it is not allowed to leave behind old wheals. According cars will be rejected. The way from the camping ground 2 to the event area is public traffic area. You have to be aware to be controlled. The STVO/STVZO applies.

CP 2.1
At these camping ground cars and tents are possible, however no caravans and trailer. The cars have to be parked according to the requirements

Small place für caravans and trailers and have to be parked according to the requirements (fee 5€), no electric power and water supply, small space is also at the roadhouse

Waste
We would be happy if everybody would follow the following things that we will be able, also in the future, to keep/offer moderate prices. Basically: Everything you bring with you , take it back home with you Your claimed area has to be kept clean and you have to leave it after the event Furniture, bulky waste, etc. you are not allowed to bring with you to the camping ground Waste goes to the bin-liners and these ones go to the offered containers (please no hot coal ) This is basically good for the nature. Thank you very much.

Barbeque
The allowance depends on the authorizing body and the fire-phase Basically it is allowed, but just with a grill and not directly on the grass. Open fire is basically not allowed! Tasty and fresh sausage and meat products can be bought in butcher shop Strohofer which is on location.

Sound level
We ask for consideration to neighbours and citizens of Geiselwind, by day and night! Separate motors, huge stereo etc. stay at home that we will be able to offer camping ground also next year. To willfully disorderly conduct and aggressive attitude a sending-off follows.

Showers/Toilets
There are different toilets in the Eventhall, Toilet-Houses and mobile Boxes / DIXI on the Campground. There are Showers on the campground (near by chilibar) and at the "Rasthof", Rate 3 Euro

We ask you to omit urinate wild.

Shop
On the area there are 2 Shell-Shops who sell backery products, a butcher, roadhouse (24h), Burger King, gas station, etc. In the shop there is everything available like sanitary products, camping articles, drinks, barbeque staff, food and snacks, handy equipment etc.
